Here We Go!

Since I was just 4 days old, my parents have been dressing me in Black and Gold, waving a towel over their heads, and chanting, especially while these large men in helmets beat each other up over a brown ball.

Well, I've gotten used to most of it, although every once in awhile Daddy screams real loud or Mommy jumps up with me real quickly, and it startles me. They keep telling me one day I'll be running around with my own towel, as long as I don't spit up on it, and cheering just as loudly as they do.

My Daddy also loves to sing a song to me.

"Here We Go, Steelers.  Here We Go.  Pittsburgh's Goin' to the Super Bowl."

Well, I'm glad he kept his promise.   The Steelers are going to the Super Bowl, and to celebrate the event, we are all going to Pittsburgh to watch the game with friends, some of whom will be meeting me for the first time.  If they are anything like my parents, they're sure to be just as loud.

SO HERE WE GO!!!

New News

Hooray!  It's a New Year, and I'm learning to do all sorts of new things...

Rubber Ducky made me laugh.

Meet my new friend, Gizmo.  My Daddy put him in my stocking.  He sings and dances and is not allowed to eat after midnight.

I'm bouncing.  I'm laughing.  And I'm rolling over.

That's right , people, I'll be mobile quicker than you can say jack-rabbit-slim's.  Mom and Dad, you better start thinking about baby proofing the apartment sooner rather than later, 'cause before you know it, I'll be on the go.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas holiday.  It's always such a treat to see all my family and friends.

The decorations and lights make me smile, and opening the presents was so much fun.  Wrapping paper is great!

I'm so thankful for all the generous gifts I received.  They are fun to play with, too.  There is so much to look at and play with; books to read, colors to learn, and noises to make, I'll never be bored, that's for sure.  But it can sure make a kid sleepy.

           see me.  i see you.

i see everything and i love it all.

show me more.
